Ingredients:
Maida - 140 gms
Milk - 1/2 cup
Baking Powder - 1 tsp
Baking soda - 1/4 tsp
Condensed Milk - 1/2 tin
Butter - 55 gms
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Straw Berry Essence - 1 tsp
Red colour - 1/4 tsp
For butter icing:
Icing Sugar - 3/4 cup
Butter - 110 gms
Straw berry essence - 1/2 tsp
Red & green colours - few drops
Almonds - 20 (blanched)
Jam - 1 tbsp
Silver balls for decoration
Method:
Maida - 140 gms
Milk - 1/2 cup
Baking Powder - 1 tsp
Baking soda - 1/4 tsp
Condensed Milk - 1/2 tin

Method:
- Sift maida, salt, baking powder and baking soda.
- Beat melted butter, milk, condensed milk, essence and colour.
- Gradually add flour to the mixture and beat till soft.
- Pour the mixture into greased tin and bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes or until inserted needle in middle comes out clean.
- Transfer to wire rack and cool.
For Butter icing:
- Cream the butter and icing sugar until fluffy. Take out small portion and add green colour and essence.
- Add red colour and essence to the rest.
- Spread this pink icing on the top and sides of the cake,
- Decorate with green icing, jam, almond slices and silver balls.
