Delicious Omelette

Eggs - 6
Cheese - 2 tbsp (grated)
Onion - 1 (chopped)
Potato - 1 (boiled and grated)
Spring Onion - 1 (finely chopped)
Spinach leaves - 2 (chopped)
Salt and pepper to taste
Olive oil - 2 tbsp


  • Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl except oil.
  • Heat oil in a flat frying pan and pour the egg mixture into it.
  • Lower the flame and cook till eggs are done. Turn and cook the other side.
  • When done, serve hot with bread.
