Ingredients:
Rice Rawa - 2 cups (Fresh)
Sugar - 1 1/2 cup
Milk - 1 liter
Cashew nuts - 50 gms
Kishmish - 25 gms
Cardamom Powder - 1/4 tsp
Ghee - 1 tbsp
Method:
Rice Rawa - 2 cups (Fresh)
Sugar - 1 1/2 cup
Milk - 1 liter
Cashew nuts - 50 gms
Kishmish - 25 gms
Cardamom Powder - 1/4 tsp
Ghee - 1 tbsp
Method:
- Fry cashew nuts and kishmish in ghee till golden.
- Boil the milk in thick vessel. Add Rice rawa to the boiling milk. Cook till rawa is cooked and soft.
- Add sugar and cook till sugar dissolves.
- Add fried cashew nuts, kishmish and cardamom powder. Mix well.
- Serve hot.
