Boondi Payasam (Boondi Kheer)

Ingredients:
Milk - 500 ml
Kova - 50 gm
Sugar - 1/4 cup
Sweet Boondi - 100 gm
Cardamom Powder - 1/4 tsp

Method:

  • Boil the milk in a vessel. When milk comes to boiling point add mashed kova and sugar.
  • Cook till it becomes little thick, stir continuously. 
  • Remove from fire then add sweet boondi and cardamom powder.
  • Mix well.
  • Serve.
