Ingredients:
Quick Cooking rolled oats - 100 gms
Butter - 40 gms
Brown sugar - 50 gm

Method:
- Melt butter in a pan over a very low flame.
- Add sugar and oats and mix well.
- Spread mixture lightly over a flat baking tin, but do not press down.
- Bake in a moderate oven, 170 c for about 10 minutes until golden brown.
- Toss mixture with fork occasionally during cooking.
- Remove from oven and leave it to cool, stirring time to time to form into crumbs.
- When quite cold use it or store in dry jar.
- Excellent to sprinkle over fruit salads or topping for trifles.
