Ingredients:
Poha - 1 cup
Potato pieces - 1 cup (boiled)
Green chillies - 3-4
Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves - few
Salt to taste
Oil - 2 tbsp
Lemon juice
Method:
Poha - 1 cup

Method:
- Soak poha in water. Wash and drain the water completely.
- Heat oil in kadai, add mustard seeds, curry leaves. Fry till mustard crackles.
- Add finely chopped green chillies and saute.
- Add potato pieces then 2 minutes later add poha and salt. Mix well.
- cook for 4-5 minutes. Remove and add lemon juice.
- Serve hot.
