Chocolate Cream Mousse

Ingredients:
Thick Cream - 300 ml
Castor Sugar - 2 tbsp
Vanilla essence - 1 tsp
Chocolate Chips - 4 tbsp
Cherries - few

Method:

  • Whip cream, castor sugar and vanilla essence together until the mixture is stiff and fluffy.
  • Pour into small serving cups.
  • Sprinkle chocolate chips and garnish with cherries.
  • Place in a refrigerator for about 3-4 hours and serve chilled.
