Ingredients:
Channa dal - 1 cup
Arhar dal - 1/2 cup
Curry leaves - 2 cups
Red chillies - 15 -20
Salt to taste
garlic cloves - 4
Oil - 1 tbsp
Method:
Channa dal - 1 cup

Method:
- Heat oil and fry red chillies and keep them aside.
- In the same pan, add channa dal and arhar dal. Fry them till aroma comes.
- Remove and keep aside. Fry curry leaves in the same pan for a minute.
- Now cool and grind all the ingredients to powder.
- Store in airtight container.
- Serve with steamed rice and ghee.
