Ingredients:
Bread pieces – 2 cups
Milk – 2 cups
Sugar – ¾ cup
Butter – 1 tbsp
Khoya – 250 gm
Chopped mixed nuts – ½ cup
Vanilla essence - few drops
Method:

Heat the butter, add bread pieces and fry for
2-3 minutes.

Add milk and cook for another 5 minutes.
·
Now add sugar and khoya, lower the heat, and
simmer till thickens.
·
Remove from fire and transfer to greased dish
after adding vanilla essence.
·
Sprinkle nuts on top and bake for 30 minutes.
·
This can be served hot but tastes as delicious
if chilled.
