Ingredients:
Rice - 250 gm
Green Chillies - 5-6 (chopped)
Peanuts - 2 tbsp
Ginger - small piece (chopped)
Fresh Coconut - 1 cup (grated)
Turmeric - 1/2 tsp
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Urad dal - 1/2 tbsp
Channa dal -1/2 tbsp
Red chillies - 2
Salt to taste
Curry leaves - few
Oil - 2-3 tbsp
Method:
Rice - 250 gm

Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp

Curry leaves - few
Oil - 2-3 tbsp
Method:
- Wash and cook rice with enough water till done. Cool the rice in broad plate.
- Add salt and turmeric to the rice.
- Heat oil in a pan, add broken red chillies, urad dal,peanuts, channa dal, mustard and cumin seeds, curry leaves. Fry till mustard crackles.
- Add chopped chillies, ginger and grated coconut.
- Saute for 2 minutes.
- Pour this over rice.
- Mix gently and serve.
