Ingredients:
Rice - 250 gms
Minced Kheema - 250 gm
liver - 100 gms
Onion - 1
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
Pepper Powder - 1 tsp
Cloves - 4
Cinnamon piece - 2
Bay leaves - 2
Cardamoms - 5-6
Cumin powder - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 2 tsp
Salt to taste
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Oil/ Ghee - 100 gm
Method:
Rice - 250 gms
Minced Kheema - 250 gm

Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Oil/ Ghee - 100 gm
Method:
- Boil kheema and liver in salted water till tender. Add 1/2 of ginger garlic paste and Cook till the water absorbs. Keep aside.
- Heat 1/3rd of the ghee, add bay leaves, cloves, cardamom, cinnamon. Fry for 1 minute.
- Add sliced onions and fry till golden brown.
- Add rice, salt, pepper, chilli powder and saute for 2 minutes.
- Add sufficient water and cook till rice is done.
- In the mean time, fry kheema and liver in remaining ghee. Add little salt, chilli powder, coriander and cumin powder and garam masala.
- Remove from fire and mix it into cooked rice.
- Mix gently and serve hot.
