Ingredients:
Whole Moong - 2 cups (sprouted)
Green Chillies - 4 (chopped)
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Ghee - 1 tbsp
Lemon -1
Method:
Whole Moong - 2 cups (sprouted)
Green Chillies - 4 (chopped)

Method:
- Heat ghee in a pan, add chopped green chillies, turmeric. Saute for 1 minute.
- Add sprouted moong dal and cook in low flame till tender.
- Add salt and chilli powder, mix well and saute for 2 minutes.
- Remove it from fire. Cool and add lemon juice.
- Serve.
