Ingredients:
Butter - 1 1/2 kg
Milk powder - 500 gm
Sugar - 1 kg
Glucose powder - 50 gm
Maida - 50 gm
Ice cream Powder - 1/2 tsp
Method:
Butter - 1 1/2 kg
Milk powder - 500 gm
Sugar - 1 kg
Glucose powder - 50 gm
Maida - 50 gm
Ice cream Powder - 1/2 tsp
Method:
- Mix butter, milk powder and maida well.
- Boil sugar syrup by adding sufficient water to sugar. Cook till one string consistency.
- Add butter mixture then ice cream powder and glucose one by one. Mix well and cook till it becomes thick.
- Transfer to greased plate. Cool and cut into desired shapes.
