Ingredients:
Maida - 600 gm
Pepper Powder - 1 tsp
Cumin seeds - 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Ghee - 2 tbsp
Oil for frying
Method:
Maida - 600 gm
Pepper Powder - 1 tsp
Cumin seeds - 2 tbsp

Method:
- Rub in ghee into maida, mix pepper, salt and cumin seeds.
- Knead the mixture into a stiff dough by adding required quantity of water.
- Now divide the dough into three equal portions and roll out into 1/2" thickness.
- Cut into diamond shaped pieces.
- Heat oil and fry till light brown.
