Ingredients:
Coriander seeds - 1 cup
Roasted channa dal - 1/4 cup
Red chillies - 30
Dry coconut - 1/2 cup (grated)
Salt - 1 tbsp
Tamarind - small lemon size
Ghee - 2 tsp
Curry leaves - few
Method:
Coriander seeds - 1 cup

Method:
- Dry roast coriander seeds and red chillies till aroma comes. Remove from pan.
- In the same pan, add coconut, tamarind and salt and saute for a while.
- Heat little ghee and fry curry leaves till crisp.
- Cool and grind all the ingredients to make fine powder.
- Store in airtight container.
- Serve with steamed rice and ghee.
