Rawa Bonda

Ingredients:
Rawa - 1 cup
Maida- 1/4 cup
Besan - 1/4 cup
Thick  curd -  1 1/4 cup (sour)
Onions - 2 (finely chopped)
Green chill and ginger paste - 1 tbsp
Cumin seeds - 1/4 tsp
Cinnamon powder - 1/4 tsp
Curry leaves -  few
Coriander leaves - 2 tbsp (chopped)
Salt to taste
Oil for frying

Method:

  • Soak rawa, maida and besan in curd. Add salt and keep aside for 30 minutes.
  • Add all other ingredients and mix well. Add little water if needed.
  • Heat oil and fry bonda's till golden.
  • Serve hot with chutney.
