Rice Caramel Pudding

Ingredients:
Rice - 125 gms
Eggs - 3
Milk - 4 cups
Sugar - 8 tbsp
Vanilla essence -  few drops
Caramel - 1/2 cup

Method:

  • Cook the rice in milk. 
  • Then add beaten eggs, sugar and a few drops of essence.
  • Pour caramel in the bottom of the tin, then fill with the cooked rice which should be creamy but not wet.
  • Cover and steam for 30 minutes.
  • Serve.
