Dried Apricot Jam

Ingredients:
Dried Apricots -  500 gm
Sugar - 1 1/2 kg
Water - 1 1/2 litre
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp

Method:

  • Soak the dried apricots in water for 2 days.
  • Boil them till they are tender and soft.
  • Add the sugar and lemon juice, stir until the sugar dissolves, then boil rapidly until set.
  • Ladle into warmed jars and cover.
