Rice flour - 2 cups
Cashew nuts - 1/2 cup (chopped)
Coconut powder - 1 cup
Sugar - 1/2 cup


  • Mix rice flour with hot water to make soft dough. Divide the dough into equal portions.
  • Roll them like chapatis.
  • Heat non stick pan and fry the chapatis both sides without oil.
  • Mix cashew nuts, coconut powder and sugar for filling.
  • Put some of the mixture on chapati and make packets by sealing the ends.
  • Cover the packets with aluminium foil and steam for 10 minutes.
  • Serve hot with ghee.
