Spring Onion Pakodi

Ingredients:
Spring Onions - 250 gm
Besan - 1 cup
Rice flour - 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Ginger chilli paste - 1 tbsp
Oil for frying

Method:

  • Cut spring onions with green part into small pieces.
  • In a mixing bowl, mix all the ingredients, add little water for binding.
  • Heat oil and drop spoonful of batter and fry the pakodi's till golden.
  • Serve hot.
