Cocktail Papads - 20

For peanut dip:
Roasted peanuts - 1/2 cup
Onion - 1/2 cup(chopped)
Garlic flakes - 2 (crushed)
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Coriander seeds - 1 tsp 
Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
Oil - 2 tbsp
Lime juice - 2 tsp
Salt to taste

For Garnishing:
Coriander leaves


  • For peanut Dip: 
  • Heat oil in a frying pan, add cumin and coriander seeds, fry for a few seconds.
  • Add onion and garlic, fry until onions are soft.
  • Add chilli powder, mix well and remove from fire.
  • Cool and grind along with peanuts and just with enough water to make coarse paste.
  • Add lime juice and salt, mix well.
  • Deep fry cocktail papads in oil and serve with peanut dip.
  • Spread peanut dip on papads and serve garnished with coriander leaves.
