Ingredients:
Seedless grapes - 500 gms
Wheat Milk - 500 ml
Sugar - 250 gms
Cashew nuts - 1 tbsp
Kishmish - 1/2 tbsp
Cardamom powder - 1/2 tsp
Ghee - 1/2 cup
Method:
Seedless grapes - 500 gms
Wheat Milk - 500 ml
Sugar - 250 gms
Cashew nuts - 1 tbsp
Kishmish - 1/2 tbsp
Cardamom powder - 1/2 tsp
Ghee - 1/2 cup
Method:
- For obtaining wheat milk, soak wheat overnight and grind with sufficient water to make smooth paste.
- Strain and separate the milk.
- Wash and blend grapes with out water then strain.
- Heat little ghee in a pan, fry cashew nuts and kishmish till golden and keep aside. Put the remaining ghee in the same pan, add grape juice and stir for a while. Add sugar and stir continuously till sugar dissolves.
- Add wheat milk, stir continuously till it thickens.
- Lastly add fried cashew, kishmish and cardamom powder. Mix well and remove from flame.
- Serve hot or cool.
