Ingredients:
Bread slices - 6
Tomato - 1
Onions - 2
Green chillies - 6
Garlic cloves - 4
Turmeric - 1/4 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
Ghee - 2 tsp
Coriander leaves - 2 tbsp(chopped)
Method:

Method:
- Finely chop onions, tomatoes,garlic and slit green chillies lengthwise.
- Cut bread into medium size pieces.
- Heat ghee in kadai, fry mustard till it crackles.
- Add chopped onions, green chillies, garlic,coriander leaves, salt, coriander powder and turmeric. Cook for 2 minutes then add tomato pieces.
- Cook another 5 minutes, lastly add bread pieces, sprinkle little water; stir once.
- Serve hot.
