Ingredients:
Strawberries - 100 gms
Fresh cream - 100 gms
Powdered sugar - 2 tbsp
Almonds - 1 tbsp (blanched and sliced)
Raisins - 1 tbsp
Method:
Strawberries - 100 gms
Fresh cream - 100 gms
Powdered sugar - 2 tbsp
Almonds - 1 tbsp (blanched and sliced)
Raisins - 1 tbsp
Method:
- Grate 4-5 strawberries and mix these with cream and sugar. Beat it to mix well.
- Chop the remaining strawberries and add to the cream mixture.
- Add almonds and raisins.
- Chill and serve.
