Flour - 4 cups
Eggs - 2
Salt to taste


  • Sift twice flour and salt together. Beat eggs lightly.
  • make a well in the centre of the flour and pour the eggs into it.
  • Mix the egg mixture into the flour with a spoon. Add enough water to make stiff dough and knead till egg and flour well blended.
  • Roll out the dough as thin as possible on a floured board.  Cut into strips as thin or thick as required.
  • Hang on a rack or hanger to dry.
