OIL FREE CARROT PICKLE

Ingredients:
Carrots - 6 (grated)
Vinegar - 1/4 cup
Mustard powder - 2 tsp
Red chilli powder -1 tsp
Salt to taste

Method:

  • Mix together all the ingredients and store in an airtight bottle in the fridge.
  • Shake them in intervals.
  • It will be ready to consume after 5 days.
