Ingredients:
Celery - 1/2 head
Red Miso - 1 1/2 cups
Sake - 3 tbsp
Method:

Method:
- Wash the celery and cut on the diagonal into 5 cm lengths.
- Mix the miso with the sake until well combined.
- Add the celery to the miso mixture and toss to make sure the celery is well coated.
- Place in a glass bowl and allow to amrinate in the refrigerator for atleast 24 hours.
- Wash the celery and serve.
