Ingredients:
Onions- 6 (sliced)
Ghee- 2 tbsp
Tomatoes- 2 (thickly sliced)
Bread crumbs- 1/2 cup
Apples- 4 (peeled and sliced)
Green chillies- 2 (finely chopped and seed removed)
Coriander leaves- 2 tbsp
Stock- 1 cup
Method:
Onions- 6 (sliced)

Method:
- Lightly saute onions in 1 tbsp of ghee.Remove with slotted spoon.
- Saute tomatoes.Drain of juices through strainer and reserve.
- Saute bread crumbs in remaining ghee to brown lightly.
- Grease baking dish and arrange onion, apple and tomato in alternate layers.
- Put chillies, coriander and reserved juices into hot stock and pour over vegetables.Sprinkle bread crumbs over top.
- Cover and bake at 190 C for 30 min.Uncover and cook another 15 min.
- Serve hot.
