Cauliflower- 500 gms
Boiled peas- 1 cup
Bathua- 250 gms
Ground coriander- 1/2 tsp
Hing- 1/2 tsp
Jeera- 1 tsp
Red chilli power- 1 1/2 tsp
Coriander power- 1 1/2 tsp
Ajwain- 1/2 tsp
Oil- 4-5 tsp
Black pepper power- 1 tsp
Grated ginger- 1 tbsp


  • Wash and cut cauliflower. Boil peas in salted water, till tender.
  • Boil bathua and drain away the extra water. Heat oil and add hing jeera and ground coriander and ajwain.
  • Stir and add cauliflower and peas. Fry a bit and add a grated ginger.Cook till tender
  • Sprinkle water. Add salt. When tender, add boiled bathua. Mix and cook again.
  • It can be serve to 2-3 persons.
