COCOA ROYALE

Ingredients:
Hot chocolate-6 ounces
Grand marnier- 4 tbsp
Sugar- 1 cube

Method:

  • Fill a large mug with the hot chocolate. 
  • Float 2 tbsp of the grand marnier on top.Put the sugar cube in a tablespoon and add the remaining grand marnier.
  • Rest the spoon on the rim of the mug.
  • Carefully ignite the grand marnier in the spoon  and slowly lower the spoon into the hot chocolate.
  • The flame will ignite the floating grand marnier.
  • Wait 30 sec after the flame dies away before drinking.
