CORN SCRAMBLE

Ingredients:
Butter - 25 gms
Milk - 2 tbsp
Eggs - 6
Sweetcorn - 200 gms (canned)
Salt and pepper

Method:

  • Melt the butter in a saucepan. 
  • Stir in the mil and corn and heat through.
  • Lightly beat the eggs with salt and pepper to taste and add to the pan.
  • Cook, stirring, until scrambled. 
  • Serve hot.
