Ingredients:
Poha - 250 gms
Sugar - 200 gms
Condensed milk - 1/2 tin
Lukewarm milk - 1/2 cup
Bananas - 4 (peeled and chopped)
Mixed nuts - 50 gms (chopped)
Cardamom powder - 1/2 tsp
Saffron - few strands (soaked in a little milk)
Method:
Poha - 250 gms
Sugar - 200 gms
Condensed milk - 1/2 tin
Lukewarm milk - 1/2 cup

Cardamom powder - 1/2 tsp

Method:
- Sprinkle a little warm milk over poha and keep aside for 1/2 an hour.
- Dissolve sugar in one cup of water in a heavy bottomed pan. Keep stirring on a low flame to obtain a thin syrup.
- Add grated banana and poha mixture. Cook on a medium flame until thick.
- Add condensed milk and stir for 4-5 minutes.
- Lastly add nuts, saffron and cardamom powder.
- Stir well and serve cold.
