Ingredients:
Peaches - 8 (peeled, halved and stoned)
Red capsicum- 1/2 (sliced)
Green capsicum - 1/2 (sliced)
Plain flour - 1 tbsp
Curry powder - 1 tbsp
Milk - 1 cup
Paprika - 1/4 tsp
Bananas - 2 (sliced)
Butter - 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Chives - chopped for garnish
Method:
Peaches - 8 (peeled, halved and stoned)

Method:
- Melt butter and saute both capsicums.
- Stir in flour and curry powder. Cook for 2 minutes, while stirring.
- Pour in milk gradually, stirring rapidly until it comes to the boil.
- Add peaches and paprika and simmer for 20 minutes until peaches are tender. Add bananas and heat through.
- Serve with rice, sprinkled with chives
