All purpose flour - 300 ml
Chopped walnuts - 3/4 cup
Light cream - 50 ml
Liquid honey - 50 ml
Softened butter - 1/2 cup
Granulated sugar - 1/3 cup
Vanilla essence - 1 tsp


  • Pace sugar and butter in large bowl; cream together.
  • Add vanilla and flour; combine with blender.
  • Mix in walnuts. Add cream and blend everything together (best to use your hands) until well incorporated.
  • Knead with heel of your hand and shape into ball. Cover with waxed paper and refrigerate 30 minutes.
  • Prepare cookie sheet by lining it with sheet of lightly buttered aluminium foil; set aside.
  • Preheat oven to 180 C.
  • Drop about 1 tbsp of cookie dough onto prepared sheet. Flatten slightly with fork, brush tops with honey and bake 18-20 minutes.
  • Cool cookies on wire racks.
