LOW FAT MANGO DRINK

Ingredients:
Unsweetened mango juice- 1 cup
Skimmed milk- 1 cup
Orange juice- 1/2 cup
Honey- 1 tbsp

For garnishing:
A few sprigs of mint leaves

Method:

  • Blend together all the ingredients in a blender till they become smooth and creamy.
  • Add crushed ice if desired.
  • Garnish with mint leaves.
  • This drink has negligible fat.
