MAPLE RICE PUDDING

Ingredients:
Pudding rice- 150 gms
Eggs- 2
Maple syrup- 200 gms
Milk- 250 ml
Nutmeg
Salt- 1/4 tsp
Seedless raisins- 50-75 gms

Method:

  • Preheat oven to moderate (350 F or 180 C)
  • Cook the rice in boiling water till tender. Drain well.
  • Mix eggs and maple syrup and blend well.
  • Stir in milk, nutmeg, salt, rice, and raisins.
  • Turn into a greased casserole and bake in center of oven for about 1 hour.
