Ingredients:
Onions- 3 (sliced)
Lemon juice- 2 tbsp
Desiccated coconut- 4 tbsp
Ginger- 1/12 tsp (grated)
Sugar- 1/2 tsp
Method:
Onions- 3 (sliced)

- Soak the onion rings in lemon juice for 1 hour.
- Add coconut,ginger and sugar.
