Mutton - 500 gms 
Ginger garlic paste -1 1/2 tbsp
Green chilli  - 5-6
Coriander powder - 1 tbsp
Garam Masala - 1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
Pepper powder -1 tbsp
Onions - 2 (chopped)
Turmeric - 1/2 tsp
Oil - 3 tbsp
Coriander leaves - small bunch


  • Cut the mutton into required size. Wash and pressure cook with 1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste, salt and turmeric. Add sufficient water and cook till tender.
  • Open the lid and cook for few minutes if there is liquid.
  • Heat oil in a pan, fry green chillies,onions and remaining ginger garlic paste until onions are brown.
  • Add mutton pieces, salt, turmeric, coriander powder and garam masala. Cook for 10 minutes in low flame.
  • Add pepper and fry for few more minutes.
  • Lastly add chopped coriander leaves.
