Ingredients:
Pork - 1/2 kg
Green chillies - 10-15
Pepper - 1 1/2 tsp
Garlic - 2 pods
Ginger - 1 large piece
Turmeric - 1/2 tsp
Onions - 500 gms
Cloves - 8
Cardamom - 1
Cinnamon - 2 pieces
Vinegar - 3/4 cup
Oil - 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Method:

Method:
- Grind onions, garlic,ginger, pepper, green chillies and turmeric, cloves, cardamom, cinnamon with vinegar to make paste.
- Wash and cut the pork into desirable pieces.
- In a dekchi, put pork ground masala,salt and oil. Mix well, cover with a tight fitting lid and allow to cook till tender on a low flame.
