Mango pulp- 1 cup
Sapota pulp- 1/2 cup
Orange juice- 1 cup
Gelatine- 2 tsp

For garnishing:


  • To obtain the pulp of the orange- peel the mango, cut the flesh into pieces and run in the mixy with sugar and blend to obtain the pulp.
  • For sapota pulp- peel the fruit, remove the seeds, cut into pieces and blend in a mixer and obtain the pulp.
  • Mix the mango pulp, sapota pulp and orange juice.
  • Soak the gelatine in 3 tsp of warm water and leave aside for 5-6 mins.
  • Mix the gelatine mixture into the fruit puree mixture and blend again so that the gelatine gets mixed into the fruit pulp.
  • Pour into a container and chill in the fridge.
  • Allow the pudding to set.
  • Decorate with fruits and serve chilled.
