Ingredients:
Thick curd- 800 gms
Water- 600 ml
Sugar- 200 gms
Cardamom power- 5 gms
Thick malai- 30 gms
Sugar- 30 gms
Green cardamom- 1 gms
Method:
Thick curd- 800 gms
Water- 600 ml
Sugar- 200 gms
Cardamom power- 5 gms
Thick malai- 30 gms

Green cardamom- 1 gms
Method:
- Blend curd, water, sugar and cardamom power in an electric blender.
- Churn the lassi for 2 min. Add crushed ice.
- Sprinkle little green cardamom power on top.
- Serve cold.
