Fresh spinach - 200 gms
Corn flour - 2 tsp
Salt to taste
Sugar - 1/2 tsp
Red chilli flakes - 1/2 tsp
Wanton sheets - 2
Toasted sesame seeds - 1/2 tsp
Oil - 250 ml


  • Cut spinach into strips and combine with corn flour.
  • Shallow fry spinach till crisp and drain excess oil.
  • Transfer crispy fried spinach into a kitchen towel.
  • Season  with salt, sugar and red chilli flakes. Toss spinach nicely.
  • Spoon the crispy spinach in the wanton bowls.
  • Place on serving plates and garnish with red chilli flakes and toasted sesame seeds.
