Ingredients:
Gulab jamuns - 8-10
Strawberry jelly crystals -1 pkt
Strawberry - vanilla ice cream - 2 cups
Strawberry crush -2-3 tbsp
Method:
Gulab jamuns - 8-10
Strawberry jelly crystals -1 pkt

Method:
- Prepare the jelly as per the instructions on the packet. Transfer to serving bowl and allow to set.
- Arrange the gulab jamuns over the jelly.
- Spread the ice cream on top.
- decorate with strawberry crush.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours so that it sets well.
- Serve chilled.
