GULAB JAMUN WITH STRAWBERRY JELLY

Ingredients:
Gulab jamuns - 8-10
Strawberry jelly crystals -1 pkt
Strawberry - vanilla ice cream - 2 cups
Strawberry crush -2-3 tbsp

Method:

  • Prepare the jelly as per the instructions on the packet. Transfer to serving bowl and allow to set.
  • Arrange the gulab jamuns over the jelly.
  • Spread the ice cream on top.
  • decorate with strawberry crush.
  • Refrigerate for 2 hours so that it sets well.
  • Serve chilled.
