Ingredients:
Butter - 100 gms
Brown sugar - 50 gms
Honey - 3 tbsp
Eggs - 2 (beaten)
Whole wheat flour - 225 gms
Baking powder - 1 tbsp
Cinnamon powder - 1 tsp
Milk - 120 ml
Flaked almonds - 25 gms
Method:
Butter - 100 gms

Method:
- Cream the butter with the sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the honey and eggs.
- Add the flour. baking powder and cinnamon and mix well.
- Beat in the milk.
- Sprinkle the almonds over the bottom of a greased square cake pan.
- Pour over the cake batter.
- Cook in a preheated moderate oven for one hour.
- Cool on a wire rack.
