LOW CALORIE PINEAPPLE BURFI

Ingredients:
Rawa - 1/2 cup
Wheat flour - 1/4 cup
Besan - 1-2 tsp
Pineapple - 1/2
Sugar - 2 tsp

For garnishing:
Cinnamon powder
Ghee - 1 tsp

Method:

  • Roast rawa, wheat flour and besan with 1 tsp of ghee.
  • Pressure cook pineapple pieces, sugar in 2 1/2 cups of water.
  • Mix this mixture with roasted flour and stir well. Cook for 2 minutes.
  • Spread the above mixture in a greased tray and let it cool.
  • Cut into squares and garnish with cinnamon powder and serve.
