Ingredients:
Rice noodles - 1 pkt
Garlic - 1 tbsp (chopped)
Prawns - 1 cup(shelled and de-veined)
Egg- 1 (beaten)
Tofu or paneer - 2 tbsp (cubes)
Roasted peanuts - 2 tbsp
Sugar - 1 tsp
Soya sauce - 1 tbsp
Fish sauce - 2 tbsp (optional)
Tamarind juice - 2 tbsp
Salt and pepper to taste

Method:
Rice noodles - 1 pkt

Method:
- Soak the rice noodles in water for 15-20 minutes.Drain and keep aside.
- Heat oil in a large oak. Add the beaten eggs. Scramble and remove.
- In the same oil, add garlic. Fry till golden.
- Add the prawns. Cook till it turns pink. Set aside.
- In the same wok, add the noodles, tofu or paneer, peanuts, sugar, soya sauce, fish sauce,tamarind juice, salt and pepper.
- Cook for four to five minutes.
- return the prawns and egg mixture to the noodles. Mix well.
- Serve hot.
