Ingredients:
Young chicken - 1
Curd - 100 gm
Salt to taste
Chilli powder - 2-3 tsp
Garam masala - 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Vinegar - 1 tbsp
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp

Method:
- Clean, wash and make cuts on chicken. Rub a mixture of salt, chilli powder on it.
- Sprinkle lemon juice ad keep aside.
- Mix curd, salt, chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, vinegar and garam masala.
- Marinate the chicken with the above mixture and keep aside for one hour.
- Take chicken, pass skewers through the legs and breast and cook in a hot oven (400 F) for 2 minutes or till half done.
- Take out, hang for 10-15 minutes, to remove extra moisture.
- Apply oil to prevent drying and bake again on skewer in a moderate oven (350 F) or in a tandoor for 10 minutes.
- Serve hot.
