Light soy sauce - 2 tsp
Fresh lemon juice - 2 tbsp
Grated rind of one lemon
Method:
Abalone - 500 gms can

Method:
- Drain the abalone and cut into bite sized pieces.
- Pee the kiwi fruit and slice into rounds 1/2 cm thick.
- Place the abalone and kiwi fruit into a serving bowl and mix well.
- Mix the soy sauce with the lemon juice and sprinkle over the salad.
- Sprinkle with the grated lemon peel and serve immediately.
