ABALONE AND SALAD

Ingredients:
Abalone - 500 gms can
Kiwi  fruit - 3
Light soy sauce - 2 tsp
Fresh lemon juice - 2 tbsp
Grated rind of one lemon

Method:

  • Drain the abalone and cut into bite sized pieces.
  • Pee the kiwi fruit and slice into rounds 1/2 cm thick.
  • Place the abalone and kiwi fruit into a serving bowl and mix well.
  • Mix the soy sauce with the lemon juice and sprinkle over the salad.
  • Sprinkle with the grated lemon peel and serve immediately.
