Ingredients:

Egg whites - 3 (slightly beaten)
Vanilla extract - 3/4 tsp
Sugar - 1 cup
Method:

Method:
- Work almond paste until softened. Add the egg whites gradually, mixing thoroughly.
- Stir in extract. Add sugar in halves, mixing until blended after each addition.
- Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheets lined with unglazed paper.
- Bake at 300 F about 25 minutes.
