Ingredients:
Cream cheese - 200 gms
Eggs - 2 (separated)
Castor sugar - 50 gms
Brandy/ Kirsch - 1-2 tbsp
Strawberries/ Raspberries - 200 gms (fresh or frozen)
Savoy biscuits
Method:
Cream cheese - 200 gms

Method:
- Sieve the cheese and beat with the egg yolks and sugar until light.
- Flavour to taste with brandy or kirsch.
- Whisk the egg whites until stiff; fold lightly into the cream.
- Pile into individual glasses and stud surface with fruit.
- Insert one or two savoy biscuits into each glass.
